Release Notes
✴️ OVERVIEW
This new release is a significant change from our first version, focusing on three core objectives: supporting compliance with SB303 client and service center data capture, expanding documentation to group sessions, and strengthening data privacy and controls. This release introduces a new user group for service center administrators, allowing facilitators and service centers to share required documentation and important information.
🚀 NEW FEATURES
- Service Center Functionality Administrators for licensed Oregon service centers can create accounts, manage relationships with facilitators, and view and edit details about the administration session.
- OHA Forms Automation Both facilitators and service center administrators can initiate OHA forms to be sent and signed digitally. Documents can be stored securely for OHA record-keeping.
- Oregon SB303 Data Capture Coming in 2025, Oregon is requiring some new data to be reported. This new release ensures that Service Centers have that data at the ready for quarterly submissions.
🔒 SECURITY ENHANCEMENTS
- Fine-grained control over data access Client data relating to an administration session is shared between the service center where it is located and that particular facilitator. Client notes and documents are only accessible by that client’s facilitator.
🔜 COMING IN FUTURE RELEASES
- SB303 Reporting Tools that automatically aggregate quarterly session information for Oregon Service Centers
