Safety Assessments and Baselines

Summary: You will send both the safety assessment (medical screening) tool and baseline survey to measure the effectiveness of the journey.

When you are taking a client through preparation, the first step is to complete both of the following

1. Baselines

2. Safety Assessment

What are these?

Baselines - 3 validated medical screeners measuring well-being, depression, and anxiety.

Both options include asking your client to take the Baselines survey, which includes questions from three validated medical screeners:

1. WHO - 5: Measures well-being

2. PHQ - 9: Measures depression level

3. GAD - 7: Measures general anxiety level

We ask these questions pre- and post-administration so you can have information to evaluate the effectiveness of the journey.

This assessment gives you great information that ensures you provide your client with a safe journey.

Separating these forms is a new feature of the platform that differs slightly from the old way, where you once had the option to send either the Safety Assessment and Baselines surveys or just the Baselines depending on if you wanted to use our safety assessment tool or not. We have since removed the baselines from the safety assessment so now both forms should be sent.
