Sending Invitations to Facilitators

For any facilitator in the system to be able to associate a Session record with a particular Service Center, they need to have been invited by that Center as an associated facilitator. Here's the workflow for that:
Step 1: Facilitator signs up for Althea.
Before a Center Admin can send an invitation to that facilitator, their record has to exist in Althea.
Step 2: Send an invitation
Input the email they used to log into Althea to create their account. That will be important!
Step 3: An email is generated to the facilitator's email address on file and should click on the link to accept the invitation.
That's it! Now the facilitator can associate Sessions with that Center.
