"Test" Accounts in Althea

Once you have registered as a user in Althea, the first task we recommend is creating a dummy client (or using yourself) and walking through the entire process to get a feel for it. Be sure to use an email account of yours for the client record. This will allow you to see the process as both a facilitator and a client. As you fill out surveys, you'll get the report results in the system. 

Deleting Test Accounts

Once you are done with a test account, we recommend that you delete those session and client records. This ensures that we don't count those sessions and clients for any aggregate reporting we do afterward.

You can delete session and client record from the Sessions and Clients screen, respectively. For Sessions, click on Sessions on the left, and then click on the trash can icon next to that session:

Similarly, you can delete a session from within the Session record by clicking on the trash can icon in the upper-right hand corner.

To delete client records, you can do the exact same action either on the Clients tab or within the client record itself.
