What happens if the session administration date changes after my client filled out the OHA forms?

Ok. You and your client have filled out all the necessary OHA forms to get prepared for an administration session. Then, bad luck befalls you, and you become ill! Cursed virus! Luckily, your client is open to rescheduling the administration session. Phew. In the system, you have a couple options on how to handle this.

1. Leave it as is. Leave the dates as they are and just update the admin session date on the Session record in Althea. This will ensure you remember when exactly the administration was. (You could add in a note as well.)

2. Resend all the documents. Essentially, you scrap the current OHA forms and redo them with the client. While this is the more time-consuming option, it may be appropriate if the new scheduled date is further out in the future. If something were to potentially change (transportation plan, dosage, etc.), you'd need to edit that as well.
