Post Session Medical and Behavioral Reactions

Under the "Integration" tab there is a section where you can fill out a medical or behavioral reaction that happens after the administration day. In Oregon, they are wanting to know if there are any adverse events that happen post-administration. If you have that information, you can document that in these fields.
